Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Products must be in their original packaging, with at least 95% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• Products that are damaged, altered, or modified by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase, along with valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for promotional, clearance, or sale items unless the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products
• If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or exchange at no extra cost.
• To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide authentic proof of the issue (such as clear photos or videos showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect item).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
• Email us at zamairofficials@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any required proof (photos/videos).
• Wait for a return or exchange authorization before sending the product back.
Refunds
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange for a replacement or process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or lack sufficient proof.
Exchanges
• We do offer exchanges for eligible products.
• Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
• In such cases, Zamair Fragrances will cover the return shipping or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
